At 9 o'clock that morning the furnishings of the Hotel Menger, formerly the old United States, are to go under the sheriff's hammer. The piano and other furnishings and fix tures helped make the "Rose Garden" so attractive in a certain way as to bring the hotel management within the clutches of the law. And the , Dauphin County Court revoked the j license of the proprietor, Angelo Boschelll. Some highly edifying tes timony of the doings of the patrons of the Rose Garden were told on the witness stand. Among other things significantly dwelt upon by the district attorney was the character of the rag time selections pounded out by the electric piano.
