and Drinking houses throughout the State,
whose proprietors will be unwilling to pay
the increased license fee or •to subject
themselves to the restrictive features of the'

the twelfth, thirteenth and fourteenth, sections
of this act, it shall not be transferable nor shall
it confer the right to sell liquors as aforesaid
in any other hour; building or place than the

nor shall the bar or any apartment so called or
used, be underlet, but if the party so ligettsed
shall die, remora or cease to keep said hotel,
inn, tavern, eating house or store, the said
