durability and general excellence, he has
termed "CEMENT PAINT," • and to
which he invites the attention of Painters
and others interested. This paint has
been amply tested by House Painters and
others, during the past year or two, and,
wherever used, has been pronounced su
perior, in every respect, to any paint here
tofore in use.
The undersigned has in his possession

The Judges of the Supreme Court shell hold

Judges of the reveral Courts of Common Pleas,
and of such other Courtsof Record as are or shall
be established by law, and all other judges re
quired to be learned in the law, shall hold their
offices for the term of ten years, if they shall so
so long behave themselves well ; the Associate
Judges of the Court of Common Pleas shall hold
their offices for the term of five years, if they
shall so long behave themselves well ; all of
whom shall he commissioned by the Governor,
but for any reasonable cause, which shall not be
grounds of impeachment, the Governor shall
remove any of them on the address of two
thirds of each branch of the Legisla;are. The
first election shall take place at the general elec•
tfon of this Commonwealth next after the adop
tion ofthis amendment, and the commissions of
all the judges who may be then' in office shall
expire on the first Monday in December follow
ing, when the terms of the new Judges shall
commence. The persons who shall then be e
lected Judges of the Supreme Court shall hold I
their offices as follows : One of them for three ' .
years, one for six years, one for nine years, I
one for twelve years, and one for fifteen years,,
am term of each to be decided by lot by the said
Judges, as soon after the election as convenient,

sons, corporation or hotly corporate, directly or in
directly. to issue, pay out, pass. exchange, put in
circulation, transfer, or cause to be issued, paid oat,
passed, exchanged. circulated or transferred. any
balk note, note, bill. certificate, or any acknowl.
edriment of indebtedness wittsoever, purporting
to be a bank note, or of the nature, character
or appearance of a hank note, or calculated for
circulation as a bank note, issued, or purporting
to be heated by any bank or incorporated cow.
