hibiting the circulation of notes under $5 :

day of August, one thousand eight hundred and

and the other half to the county in which the suit
is brought, and may be sued for sad recovered as
debts of like amount arc now by law recoverable
in any action of debt, in the name of the Com
monwealth of Pennsylvania, at well for the use of
the proper county, as for obi person suing.
The nndaisigned,in directing the attention
of the reader to the foregoing section of the
Aet of 1850, would inform him that he
will receive the notes thus prohibited, at
PAR VALUE, in exchange for goods, at
