The Schools are required to be kept open at least four months in each year. The 'freasurer of the school fund is made the Collector of School taxes. The Collector is to fix a time and place, when and where he will receive the School taxes, and is to receive two per cent. for all collected. If it is not paid at the time desig nated, the Constable is to collect it.
