' These notes will? be convertible at the option of the holder at maturity, into six per cent, gold bearing bonds, payab'e not less'lhan five nor more than twenty years from their date, as the Government may elect. They will be issued in denomina tions of $?0, 8100, $500, $1,000 and 55,000, and all subscriptions frrtffct be for fify dol lars or some multiple of fifty dollars. The notes will be transmitted to the owners free of transportation charges as soon -after the receipt of the original Cer tificates of Deposit as they can be prepared.
