The Milton Bridge Company a dividend of one dollar per aharo.. Camp Ccbtin There was a grand review of the troops at Camp Cunin yesterday af ternoon by Capt. Ricketts, the officer of the day. The soldiers, aKhoogh without aims or equipments, made a very imposing dis play. Patriot. They Won't Serve Thke Years. A number of troops from Potter Tioga, Brad ford, and Susquehanna counties, who sup ' posed they enlisted lor three months, have oue home, because they were unwilling to go for three years. It is said that 200 from McKean and Potter counties returned home within a week from Harrisburg. New Military Camp. A new military Camp is about to be formed near Harris burg, under the auspices of the General Government, and its .location will most probably be on the farm of Col. Wells Co terly. on the ridge east of that city. Ne gotiations for its lease are now being con ducted by Capt. M'Lean, of the U. S. A. The camp is intended to be a permanent one. A Harrisburg paper states that "while thirteen appointments, foreign and domes tic, have been given to the editors and at taches ol the New York Tribune, not a sin gle man connected as editor or correspon dent, has volunteered to fight. The men who talk the loudest are not the men to Cavtios. Let all farmers, truckers and growers of eatables generally, plant an ex . ira field of corn this Spring, or those who have no fields let them plant an acre or so of potatoes, turnips, &c. Dignpan extra ; patch, tillers of the soil, plant ami raise somethiug eatable. Remember that there wiil be 150,000 thousand men in the army this summer, all of whom must be fed. We learn that many im provements have been made at Camp Cur tin, within the last few weeks, which add mnch to', the health and comfort of the troops, as well as to the convenience of the place lor military purposes. There ha been a spacious building erected for Hos 'pital osesand a large number of huts for ouiers quarters. The Growing Chops. We have intelli gence from nearly all pans ol the xsortnern astid Western Stales in regard to the growing -rops, and the accounts are In every way flattering. With the exception of the Irutt crop, which in some sections has been con idereably damaged by late Irosts and bleak winds, the prospect is encouraging, and the yield will probably exceed tne average. Henry Croop, of Light Street, Jesse .Warn pore, of Orange, and Philip Ueidleman,of ML Fleasant.all mem bers of the Light Street Artillery, left on Monday last for Northumberland, where they expected to join James Taggart's Com pany, in which they had enlisted for the war. The company is expected to move -oo Thursday, to morrow, for Camp Curtin. These young men appeared as if they might -rnake excellent soldiers. Success to them. Horses Runaway. On Saturday last, a couple of horses attached to a carriage, be longing to Mr. Appleman, who lives near tLe Irondale Frunace, while standing at a post in front of Philip Unangst'a shoe shop, became frightened at a company of little toya who were on a parade, and runaway, doing no particular damage, as far an we could learn, save smashing op the vehicle pretty completely.
