The experience of ihonsan. Is daily proteW
that no preparation ot Iron can be compared
with it. Impurities of the blood, deprcKsiori
of vital energy, pale and otherwise sickly
complexions indicate its necessity in almosr
every conceivable case.

Intermittent Fever, Pimples on ihe Face,
In cases of General Debility, whether tbe
result of acute disease, or of ihe continued
diminution of nervous and mo-cular energy
fiom chronic complaints, ut.e trial of this
restorative has proved successful to an ex
lent which no description nor written attes
tation would render credible. Invalids so
long bed-ridden as to have become forgot
ten in their own neighborhoods, have sud
denly re-appeared in the busy world as if
justice returned from protracted travel in a
distant land. Some vry signal instances
of tin kind are attested of female Sufferers,
emaciated victims of apparent marasmus,
sanguineous exhalation, critical chauge,
and that complication of uervou- and dys
peptic aversion to air and -serosa lor
which the physirian has no name.
In Nervous Affections of all kinds, and
for reasons familiar to medical men, the
operation of this prepara'ion of iron most
necessarily be salutary, for, ur like the old
oxides, it i vigorously tonic, without being;
exciting and overheating; and gently, reg
ulaiy aperiem, even in the mott obstinate
ca-es of co-tiveness without ever being a
"asiric purgative, orindicting a disagreeable
sensation.
h is this latter propery, among others,
which makes it so remarkably effectual and
permanent a lerr.edy lor Piles, upon whicbj
it also appears to exert a dmimcl anJ speci
fic action, by dispersing the local tendency
which lorrns them.
In Dyspepsia, innumerable a are its
caues, a single tox of ihee Chalybeate
Pills has often sufficed for the mow habiroal
cases, including the aitendent CoMiveuess.
In unchecked Diarrhcs, even when ad
vanced to Dysentery, confirmed, emancia
ting, and apparently malignant, the effects
have beet: equally decisive and alonihing.
In the local pai'is, lo of flesh and
strength, debilitating cough, and remittent
hectic, which generally indicate Incipieut
Consumption, this remedy has allayed ih
alarm of friends and physicians, in several
very gratifying anil inere-iing ms'anee.
In Scrofulous Tuberculosis, this medical
ted iron ha bad for mor than the good
effeti ol ihe moM cau'iou-ly balanced pre
parations ot ioitine, without any of their
well known liabili'ies.
The attention of femal-s cannot be too
confidently invited to this remedy and re
storation, in the case peculiarly affectiug;
them.
In Rheumatism, both chronic and innin
rnatory iu the U::er, hoaever, more deci
dedly it has been invariably well reported
both a- alleviating pain and reducing tWe
swellings aud stiffness ot the pirns atd
muscles.
In Intermittent Fever it must necessarily
be a great remedy and energetic restorative
and its progress in the new settlement of
the West, will probably be one of high re
nown and oselulness.
No remedy has ever been discovered in
the whole history of medicine, which exena
such prompt, happy, aud fully restorative
effects. Good appetite, comple'e digestion r
rapid acquisition ol strength, with an unus
ual disposition lor active and cheerful ex
ercise, immediately follow its use.
