an Agent, to make insurances in Columbia
county. The Company is in good credit,and
is conducted upon sound principles. Persons
insured by the Company are entitled to the
rights of membership therein, are elegible
as Directors of the Corporation, but without
any individual liability for the losses or expenses
of the Company. The amount of premium
and policy paid when insured is the extent
