Tho number of bushels contained iu n

together the length, broadih and depth iu
inches, and dividing the product by SJ1D0

A convcuieut measure for grain in the bin
may be made thus. Tako a straight rule,
of any desired width and thickness, and
12i inches in length, which very noarly
fquals the length of one side of a cubical
box containing one bushel. Divide thii
rule onto 10 equal parts, making them
plainly, as inches are marked on a pocket;
