We the undersigned Auditors of Columbia county being duly elected to settle tho
accounts of the Treasurer and Commissioners, have carefully examined the acounts
and vouchers lor the same for the year 1842. Do certify that we find them to be cor
rect, and that we find a balanco of cash in the Treasury for county purposes, of seven
hundred and sevent) dollars and seventy three and one half cents,, and a balance out
standing due the county from the above mentioned sources of fourteen thousand llirco
hundred and twenty seven dollais and seventy-three cents.
Given under our hands at Danville, this sixth day of Janury, A. D. 1843.
