lished in October, 1830, in advanco.of tho regulw
monthly issue commencing in January, 1839, it
becomes necessary to intermit ono month's publiea
lion, so as to bring the usual scries of twelve num
bers within tho present year. Advanlago will bo
taken of this delay to completo in tho next, or Sep
tember, number tho ' History of the last session of
Congress," executed in tho samo manner as the
" History ofthe Extra session," which gave f such
general satisfaction in tho January and February
numbers of tho Democratic Review.
