On Thursday morning, about six o'clock, a keg of powder exploded in a dwelling house in Norwegian street, Pottsville, the effects of which were frightful beyorid'description. Five persons we're dreadfully burnt, three of whom have sincc died, and the recovery of the remain ing persons is considered doubtful. Two op. three others -were also burnt, bdt not dangerously.
