Legislature of Pennsylvania, to incorporate a
Bank, with general Discount andother Bank
ing privileges, to be located in the Borough
of Allentown, Lehigh county, to be called
"The Farmers and Mechanics' Bank," with
a capital of one hundred thousand dollars,
with the privilege of increasing the same to
one hundred and fifty thousand dollars. and
further providing to commence the usual
Banking privileges when fifty thousand dol
lars are paid in.
