Dissolution of Partnership.
The Partnership heretofore existing un
der the firm of Mertz 4- Weaver, in the
mercantile business, in the Borough of Al
lentown, was dissolved on the first of Octo
ber 1848, by mutual consent. All those

against said firm, will please present them
for payment immediately. And all such
who are indebted in the books of the firm,
