Of the 'Commonwealth, in accordance with the

third article of the Constitution; to be designa

electors of this Commonwealth shall be in any
actual military service, under arequisition °

electors may exercise the right of outrage in
all elections by the citizens, under such regu

as fully as if hey were present at their usual
place of election.
There shall be two additional sections to the
