COL. DICK COULTER Aura st IN THE FIELD. —A
Petersbug correspondent of the New York
Herald says: "Col. Richard Coulter, of the
Eleventh . Pennsylvania, returned to-day and
resumed command of the Second brigade,
Third Division which he formerly commanded.
He has frilly recovered from his wounds re
ceived at Spottsylvania Court House. It will
be remembered that he was wounded three
times before relinquishing command of his
brigade. He has long been known by the so
briequet of "Fighting Dick Coulter," and his
regiment the "Old Fighting Eleventh."
Third Ward.
The recruiting committee of the Third
ward will meet at 8 o'clock this evening, at
the office of the Chairman, for the trausac-
tion of important business. A full attendance
