CONSTTIVTION WATER- • •
Has been pronounced by the • Medical Faculty and the
public, to be the most wonderful remedy Tor the peniia.
vent cure of all diseases of the . STOMACH, LIVER,
KIDNEYS and BLADDER that has over been offered.
It is not a MINERAL WATER. It is from expo/lens
that CONSTITUTION WATElkhas emarated, - and we now
say let no man doubt, when a single bottle has been
known to cure diseases which the best medical talent in'
this country has failed to relieve.
A remedy possessing the virtues of Constitution Water
cannot be classed under "quack" preparations, as it is
now used by the most scientific practitioners in this city.
It is only second class physicians that cry down popular
remedies, while the better skilled make use of every
cleans to accomplish a cure; and the success of the..phy
siciaa increases as his , knowledge of_ 'different remedies,
enables him to produce a cure, while others fail in the etc
tempt.' Science is satisfied with the truth.'
Give Constitution Water a fair trial—we - Mein Yoil'Who
are under some specialists!. care front year to year and we
particularly allude to ladies who are constantly resorting
to local trudge:l4, and all sorts of local applications for
diseases, with as-much'chance of success as there would
be from local applications to the throat for diseases of-the
brain.
We have been always careful to use language in our
circular that could not shock the most delicate Organize,
tion, but we receive so many communications from per
sons for which Constitution Water la adapted,. and cie
whose dimmest no mention has been made, that we,havk
come to the conclusion that if the remedy is capable of:
produting a cure, no matter what the 'disease may be, it*
should be made known. The medicine is put up' for 'the
public, and there should be no exocptiona
We would say, Constitution Water is . not like a gildpd
pill, made to suit the eye and taste; it' is a medicine in
every sense of the term, placed in the 'hands of the peo
ple for their relief, and tf taken according .to the direc
tions it will, in every case, produce a radical cure. We
would say that the directions in regard to diet, etc., re
late only to tho disease under whish they occur.
DIABETES
Is a disease of the stomach and liver, acting thabudi the
kidneys, and is, without doubt, the most obstinate ;
except consumption, that affects the human constitution..
We have no space for 'discussing - causes, but will state that.
the effect of the disease is the conversion of the starchy
principle (or vegetable portion of the food) into sugar,
Which stimulates the kidneys to an excessive secretion of
water. Many persons suffer from this disease who are,
ignorant of it; that is, they pass large quantities durir.g
the day, and aro obliged to. get up from one to fifteen or
twenty-times. during the night. No notice is tirkon...of it
until their aftangop. is called to the large discharge. of
water, and often Whed it; is SO far advanced as Le be

the control of ordinary remedies. Another symptom is
the groat thirst, which, when the disease is fulLy estab
lished, is intolerable—the palient,:drinias constant, y:without
being satisfied; also dryness of the mouth, crack.ing of the
lips, a sweet breath, in tile more advanced cases, and
dually loss of appetite, emarAation, and the patientgradu ,
aly sinks from, exhaustion.

Dear In...tebruary, 1861; I was . greeted with sugar
diabetes, and for five months I passed more than two
Tiallons of water in twenty-four hours. I was obliged to
Kenup as often as ten or twelve times during the night,
and in five months I lost about fifty pounds in weight.
During the month of July, 18131, I procured two bottles
of Constitution Water, and in two days after using it 'lex-,
