Officer Frinklin arrested him, and (after re questing the disburser of the bounty money to retain the same until an investigation could be bad) brought him to this city, where he was handed over to the military authoritieS. He was then reamed to Camp Curtin for a further hearing. Qn Thursday night, how ever, he succeeded' in escaping from the camp, and is again at large. Although Dun lap has not received the punishment due him, the bounty money:has been saved for a more. worthy volunteer, and a bounty-jumper, im poster and swindler; has been foiled in one of, his attempts to"-detiand the public.
