I=l COMMIBRIONERS OF THR DRAFT, by an order of the Department, are allowed to receive and credit on the quota of the different localities, volunteer recruits for nice months. This is an important fact, and it will afford many COllll - the opportunity to raise their quota before the 16th of October, as such volunteers will be received by the differetitCommitnioners through out the State up t i that time. Some two thou sand men, thus received, have already arrived in Camp Curtin. It must be borne in mind that these recruits can only be received by the Commissioners of the Draft.
