GRAND MOVEMENT OF TROOPS• CAVALRY, INFANTRY AND ARTILLERY The movements which have been going on in the various camps in this, city and other pot , then of the state have resulted in the organiza tion of a splendid force of cavalry, infantry and artillery, all of which will leave this city to-day. The force is considered amply sufficient to protect the Cumberland Valley, and check any attempt on the part of the rebels to advance on the capital of the state; should such a haz ardous venture be made by our foes. This force will be augmented as it marches into the valley, by strong re-inforoements from localities through which it will pass, while from the camps in this city a continual contri bution of troops will be forwarded to swell its numbers, as new levies are made. A strong reserve will be maintained in Camp Curtin, ready to march at a moments notice.
