In bringing her before you now, is to call attention to a

Whom I prescribed Propyiamme, and was then labbr
hag under an attack of acute rheumatism. She has
steadily taken it in doses of three grams every two hours
(Intermitting it at night.) The day after you saw her, 1
found her much more comfortable, better than she ex

Week. (The patient now walked lobo tne room.) the
unprovement nas steaddy progressed, and you cahoot
ill to notice a marked change ILI the appearance of her
Mite, which are new nearly all of their 'natural Mu:L—

Here isaitother patient who was placod on the use of
tie mama medicine on Sunday last ; she has long been
suffering from o pronto rheumatism, and I found her at
that time with an acute attack supervening upon her
ishrOnle allectien. The wrists and knuckles were much
swollen and taboo. She took the chloride of Propylit
mine in three grain doses every two hours, slid you will
pucelve that We swelling of tnejoints has much Munn

THREE DAYS LATER II
Ku 2e, MM.—This is the case of acute rheumatism

his salu, at present dry, Moue there has been much
sweating. His pulse et to and strong, and about 110.—
He bas now used propylamlue for twenty-four hours.
This gentleman is what may be called a meetly typical

Boldness, severe articular pain, beginning, as It usually
does, in the toweriolnis. There is (ever and the protiues

I did net bring this patient before you with the I n ten.

The patient bas got along very nicely, and is now, ablt to
