well since then till beat Saturday, while engaged in house
sleanieg, she took cold, had pain in her back, felt cold,
hot bad to decided chill. Two days later her ankles be
gan so swell, which was followtd by swelling of the
knee joints and of the bends. he has now dull
pain In her shoulders, and her knuckles are very lender,
red and painful ; both banns are affected, but the right
la most so. This, then, is a case of acute rheumatism, or,
as it Is new fashionably called, rheematic lever. It is a
well remareed typical CAM. We will carefully watch the
cane, and from lime to time call your attention to the vari-
Otte symptoms which present themselves. My chief object
in bringing her before you now, is to call attention to a
remedy which has recently been recommended in the
treatment of rheumatism. lin All propylamine. Dr.
Awenarius, of St. Petersburg, recommends it in the
highest terms, having derived great oenetlt from its tom

mendatory testimonials respecting it have appeared in
our journals, and I propose therefore to give it another
