settle and adjust according to law, the account
of John Care, Esq. Treasurer of the county of
Dauphin, Pennsylvania, and Ex-Officio Treas
urer of the Dauphin county prison, in account
with said county of Dauphin for the use of said
pristin, commencing on the 4th day of February,
A. D. 1861, and ending on the 6th day of Jan
uary, A. D. 1862 ; that said account as above
stated is correct, and entered of record in set.
