T HIS great line traverses the Northern and
Northwest counties of Pennsylvania to the city of
Erie, on Lake Erie.
It has been leased by the PENNSTLVANLL RAILROAD COM
PART, and under their auspices is being rapidly opened
throughout its entire length.
It is now in use for Passenger and Freight business
from Harrisburg to Emporium (195 miles) on the Eastern
Division, and from Sheffield to Erie OS miles) on the
Western. Division.
