To C. A. 13,txxv.tur---Dear Sir: a the habit
(.1 speaking very frequent4y,, and in places
where the vocal organs are very much taxed,
I have found the need of some gentle expectd
rant, and that want lies been supplied in your
excellent Troches. • '
I- consider them verpfar :superior in -any
Lozenges that I have ever used, in removing
speedily that huskiness of the voice . arising
from its too frequent use, and impairing the
effectiveness of the- delivery of public ad

entitled The .Colleen Baton, or :Thelßricles of
Garryowen. Those who have AvitnestaAdVis
fine play, pronounce it one of the most inter
esting ever put upon the stage. The scenery
is magnificerit, and the selection of characters
perfect. Miss J6sephine Tyson appears as
the Colleen Bawn, and Miss Fanny Denlutn'itts
Anna Chute. Mr. Jennings as Danny Mann
excels all others who have yet asuumed: that
character; wir. Rouse, as MileS,Na Coppeleen,
appears in a part exactly suited to hira. The
murder in the water cave, and the death :73f
the murderer are truly thrilling scenes. 'The.

A REVOLUTION IN MEDICINE!
What they seem almost imiredible, Is, that relmy
eases kitherbi considered hopelessly incurable are fre
quently cured In a lbw daysbr weeks, and we cheerfully
invite the investigations of the liberal minded and scien
tific to cures which:have no parallel at the present day.
Our medicine is peculiar; by it the seat of any disease
is directly reached, and the equilibrium restored.
Those who have suffered londnum painittl and obstinate
dieeases, those who have vainly sought relief nom adver
tised medicines, those who cannot be cured by other phy.
sicians--
ARE INVITED TO USE CONSTITUTION LIFE SYRUP.

encountered by any Reformers.
RAPIDITY _OF CUM
Some Say, "Your cores are too .quick," while others
doubt their permanence, and think. that dis.ase can only
be cured by the "slow recuperative procoi of Nature."
This is our reply :
In health, the body;like a well-balanced scale, is in a
state of Equilibrium. But when front any cause down
goes one side of the scale, we have the effects of disease.
What is requisite is, to restore the normal balance of the
scale.
