DEAR LADY :—Mrs. Ball, will you please I
pardon me for the liberty that I have taken in I
addressing you, • a stranger. ` I feel myself
under obligations to you for the, benefit I have
derived from your medicine and eye salve,
having suffered for many yearir most excrucit
Sting pain in stay heiid, breast and side,,not
being free from pain day or night. And t
have been doctoring with well-skilled and
practical physicians for some years, and all
attempts proved a failure. I hail given up all
hopes of recovery and felt fully resigned to
await my fate, which - foretold an untimely
grave. My father being a resident of Siddons
burg, and living quite a distance from you, I
did not get to hear of your medicine—that has
proved a wonderful cure indedd. Some few
months ago I was advised by a lady friend of
mine to try your medicine. She stated to me
that she made use of your medicine and salve
r Which proved a clue. Feeling rather loth at
first to try, as I had laid out money time after
time, which made the expenses very heavy
and all for naught. But 'having great confi
dence in ray friend's integrity, I was,protapted
#1 hearken to lair kind entreaty - and try for
myself- I therefore purchased two dollars and
k half - worth of your medicine, and, to my
utter astonishment, in one week Iftilt a great
change, and in two weeks was entirely free
from all pain, and your eye salve perfected a
cure ,for which all other washes and salyei
proved useless. My eyelids were so much.
inflamed that I was forced to wear glasSes for
some years, and now I have no occasion at all
to' wear the glasses, my eyes being well. -I
therefore have resolved, dear lady, to let yen
know that I could not rest content until I
would return myleartfelt congratulations to
'you, my friend and benefactress, for the good
you have accomplished, feeling myself a new
creature entirely.
YoU'arent-Perfect liberty to publish this if
you feel so inclined. I close by requesting

CONSTITUTION WATER
Has been pronounced by the Medical Faculty and
public, to be the most wonderful remedy for the penny
neit curd of all diseases of the STOMACH.
KIDNEYS and BLADDER that has ever been offered. .
•aItiftsistIatiMINERAZAWATRE: It is from experi , mco
that COIsISTITUTION WATER has emanated, and we now
my let' no man doubt, whoa, a single bottle has been
known to•cure diseases which the best medical talent in
Gus - country has faded to relieve.
A remedy possessing the virtues of Constitution Water
cannot be classed under "quack" preparatite, as it is
now used by the most scientific practitioners in this city.
It is only second clam physicians that cry down popular
remedies, while the better - skilled make use of every
means to accomplish a cure; and the success of the phy
sician increases as his knowledge of different remedies
enables him to produce areure, while otbere fall in the at-,

Give Constitution Water a fair trial—we mean you wio

particularly - snit eto hadieS who are' constantly resorting

We have been always careful to use language in our
circular that could not shoek the most delicateorganiza

sons for which-Constitution Water ts adapted; and of
whose dfm.ser no mention has been made, that We have
come to the conclusion that if the remedy is capable of
producing a cure, no matter what the disease may be, it
should be made known. The medicine is put up for the
public, and there should be iio exceptions.
We would my, Constitution Water is not like a gilded
pill, made to suit the eye and taste; it is a medicine in -
i every sense of the term, placed in the hands of The pee
' pie for their relief, and if taken, according to the direc
tions it will, in every case, produce a radical clue. We
would say that the'directions in regard to diet, etc., re
late only to the disease under which they occur. •
' • DIABETES
Is a disease of the stomach and liver, acting through this
kidneys; and is, without doubt, the most obstinatedisease,
except consumption, that affects the human constitution.
We have no space for discussing causes, but will state that
tire effect of the direase is the con Version of the starchy
principle (Or vegetable portion of the food) into sugar,
which stimulatesMte kidneys to an excessive secretion of
water. Many maims antler from this disease who are
ignorant of it; thitt they pass huge quantities during
the day, and-Melobliged to get up from one to fifteen or
Monty times during the night. No notice is taken of it
nntibtheir 'attention is called to the large discharge of
water, and often when it is soy far advanced as to be beyond
the control of ordinary remedies. Another symptom is
the great thirst, Which, when the disease is fully estab
lished,-fa intolerable the parienedrints constantly without
being witisfred; also dryness of the month; cracking of the
lips, a sweet breath, in - the more advanced cases, and -
finally loss of appetite, emaciation, and the patient gradu
al), sinks from exhaustion.
CONszerwriox WATER is, without doubt, the only lmown
remedy for Diabetes, and we have as much confidence that
it is &specific as we have that - °plaid will - produce sleep,
and truthfully say that it has cured every case in which it
his been used.

DAWILLE, • Pa.,Jaffe 2, 1862.—Dr. Win. H. Gregg—
Dear Sir: In Feruary, 1361, I was - affected with sugar

dl Co.—Gents: 1 freely give you liberty to makeuse of the
following certificate of the - value of Constitution Water,
which I can recommend in the highest manner: My win

the back, and in her limbs, with PalpitaliMi of the Heart
and Irritatias of the Bladder. leaned a physician, who
attended her about three months, when he left her worse
than be had found.her. I then employed one of the best
physicians I could find;who attended her for about nine
mouths, and while she was under his care she ditnot suf
fer quite as much pain. He finally gave her np,- and said
"her ease was incurable. For," said he, "she has such a
combination of complaints that medicine given for one tile
ratesagainst some other of her difficulties." About this
time she commenced the use of Constitution Water, suit
to our utter astonishment, almost the first dose seemed
to bave.the desired. effect, and she kept on improving
rapidly under itir treatment, and now superintends en
tirely her domestic. affairs. She has not taken any of the
Constitution Water far about four weeks, and we are happy
to say that it hai produced a permanent cure.
