Rev. George W. Thompson, D. D., of Lower
Tuscarora:Presbfterianuhurcl,i; el:ffliiatoun
ty, died suddenly on Thursday. Dr.. Thom
pson was widely known as an able, faithful and
successful pastor. Besides fillingiither promi
nent positions, he was, at the time of his
death, a member of the Board of Education of
the Presbyterian Church, and a member of
the Board of Trustees of the Theological Sem
inary at Princeton.
