Judge for the 4th Judicial District of Pennsylvania,
and lloyal Wheeler aud Victor Case, Eaq.’s, Asso
ciate Judges in Tioga county, have issued their pre
cept, bearing date the 3d day of February, 1863,
and to me directed, lor tbe bolding of Orphan’s Conrt,
Court of Common Pleas, General Quarter Sessions
and Oyer and Terminer, at Wellsboro, for the County
of Tioga, on tbe 4tty Monday of May, (being the
25th day,\ ISG3, and to continue two weeks.
