Knoxville, takes this method of informing the inhabi
tants of Tioga and adjoining conuties that ho will

having added one new 801 l Machine, will enable him
to dispatch and accommodate people from a distance.
He would farther say that he has carried on the busi
ness in manufacturing wool for farmers in Bradford
and adjoining counties for the past twenty years; Jje

rners, using nothing in manufacturing but genuine

ers of the Mansfield 0. Seminary, and State
Normal School for the stb District, Pa.,.to meet pn
Friday, May 22d, 1863, at 2 o'clock P. M. in said
Seminary, preparatory to the reception of $5OOO, ap
propriated to said institatiqp! by thb next Legislature;
as required by the following proviso, appended to the
appropriation bill: 1
And provided further, that the rams bereihbefore
given to.tho State Normal Schools shall oq|y be 1 pay
able on the production to the Soporintemlentof Com*
mon S'cboolfof a duly certified copy of the ’proceed
ings of a general meeting of the stockholders thereof
respectively held, after thirty days public notice, for
the purpose of agreeing by a majority of said con

by appropriated by the State; (to effect which redac
tion when thus agreed to/authority is hereby given
