TIS', to air persons thus afllioied, (Male or Female,)
who apply by letter, with a description of their con
dition, (age, occupation, habits of lift, Ac.,) and in

MEDICINES FREE OF CHARGE.
The Howard Association is a benevolent Instiln
lion, established by special endowment, for the re*
lief of the sick and distressed, afflicted with “Vint*
lent and Epidemic Diseases,” and its funds dan be
need for no other purpose. It has now a surplus of
means, which the Directors have voted to advertise
the above notice.. It.is needless to add tbat the As*
sociation commands the highest Medical skill of the
age, and will furnish the most approved modern
