will make every effort to supply blanks

failure on tbe part of any one to receive
blank will not excuse that one from the
penalties provided for neglecting to make

every one ia supplied witb a blank, but it
Is incumbent on tbe part of tbe Individual
to see that he receives a blank. In other
words, tbe law works only one way, and
that Is to place tbe burdon upon tbe tax

13,000 or more you're expected to settle,
