RAISE IN SALARY Postmaster General Announces That Rural Mail Carriera Will Get an Increase. Postmaster General Hitchcock at WaHhlngton has just Issued an or der for the disbursement of 14,000,000 In the current fitcal year as Increases In the salarips of rural letter carriers.
