All that certain piece of land situate in
the Township of Tionesta. County of
Forest, Pennsylvania, described as fol
lows, viz: Beginning at a post being the
northwest corner nf the within described
land, liit-nce south 160 perches to a post
and atones; thence east 50 percbes to a
red oak aapling; thence north 160 perches
to a chestnut; I hence west fa) percbea to
the place of beginning and containing
fifty acres ol land, more or less, and being
same land of which said George B. Arm
strong died seized and possessed.

ble on continuation of tbe sale, and the
balance in one year from date of sale,
