The PennsylvaniaState college author ities are sending out to the farmers of t'-e State a warning against "creamery pro moters," says the Keystone Gazette, These promoters endeavor to get the farmers to put their money into these schemes without regard to whether there is a sufficient paying field for the new en tcrprise, and in most instances the mou ey put into theso enterprises is eveutu ally sunk. The expert of the State Col lege declares : "In order for a creamery association to bo successful.
