At this writing returns are yet mea gre from the county, but enough are in to indicate that the Republicans have elected all their county ticket. The 8troug fight wan made on the As sociate Judgeship, but there is no doubt but that the Republicans have landed their candidate, Mr. MtCray io the chair by a very nice majority, and likewise Mr. Fones as county treasurer. Judge Noyes ran consid erably ahead of bis ticket iu the county fur Superior Court Judge. Latest returns indicate that Mr. McCray's majority will be 250 to 300. Mr. Fones' will be in the neighbor hood cf 400. Official figures next week. PENNSYLVANIA. Philadelphia, Nov. 5. Returns received up to midnight indicate tbat Benjamin J. Haywood, Republican, has been elected State Treasurer by about 150,000 plurality, a Republi cau gaiu over 1803, which was also .an off year, of about 15,000. This State also elects seven judges of the Dew superior court. Of these the six Republicans nominated are elec ted as follows; James A. Beaver, Edward N. Willard, John J. Wick ham, Charles K. Rice, Howard J. Reeder, Geo. B. Orlady. The seveutb man on the ticket is iu doubt. The Democrats have sis uieu on the ticket aud returns indicate that eucb of these has ruu ahead of the ticket in his owu section. The choice apparently lies betweeu Ma gee, of Allegheny county; Sraitb, Lackawanna, and Yerkes, Burks, with the chances fu voting tLe former. Careful estimates of the vote iu the 67 couuties of Pennsylvania t-bow a plurality for Benjamin J. Haywood, Republican for State Treasurer, over Benjamin K. Meyers, Democrat, of 157,11H, a gain, us compured with the vote of 18! 13, for the same office, of 22,273. It will probably require the official count to determino who is the Democratic member of the super perior court. OT1IKR STATES The Republicans carry New York by at least 50,000 majority. Ohio gives over (10,000 Republican majority. Massachusetts gives a iweepiug Re publican victory. Maryland has come over to the Re publicans by at loast 6,000 majority. New Jersey is close with the chances largely in favor of a Repub cau victory of 5,000 or 6,000. Kentucky is claimed by the Re publicans according to latest returus, which mcuus a Republican U. S. Sen ator iu place of Blackburn. The sweep seems to be a clean oue tU along the line fur the Republicans. 8k 0 'WllhMAL TwttW ! wmsi uS,, llilSSiS PI N.1AM1N .t. HAVWdOP. (;.
