immediate measures for recalling the same
for cancellation ; and any person who shall
vote or attempt to vote 'on any paper so
obtained, or who shall in any way aid In,

fraudulent naturalisation certificate, shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and
upon con viol ion thereof shall undergo an
imprisonment of not mure than two years,
