Hohrer then delivered an able address to the teachers, expressing his pleasure at meeting them, and urging them on in the all-important work of Eduea tion. Prof. W. II. He spoke particularly of the method of conduct ing Institutes, and of the importance of strict attention on the partof teach ers if they would bo benefitted by the efforts or the instructors.
