And also in pursuance of an act approved
the2Hhdnr of April, 1844, directing the
mode of selling seated lands lor iaxes, and
the several a ts supplementary thereto the
following tracts of seated land's and in and
out lots in the said County of Forest afore
said, or so much thereof as will pay the
arrearages of taxes and cwts accrued there
on will be exposed to publio sale at the
time and place aforesaid for the sale f un
seated lands, and be continued by adjourn
ment from day to day if it should bo found
necessary ao to do :

rich, and is indispensable to the poor.
