And also In pursuance of an act approved
the 2 'th day of April, 1844, directing the
mode of selling seated lands tor taxes, and
the aoveral a ta supplementary thereto the
following tracts of seated lands and in and
out lota in Ilia aaid County of Forest afore
said, or so much thereof aa will pay tha
arrearages of taxes and costs accrued there
on will be exposed to public aala at tha
time and place aforesaid tor the aaie f un
seated lands, and ba continued by adjourn
ment from day to day if itatiould be found
