Tho death of the Rev. Robert J.
Breckinridge reminds tia of nil amus

Breckinridge, always ready for do
bate, straightened his tall, lithe form

change clothes with any brother on
that floor. In an instant a short fat
brother as broad as long waddled
into tho aisle nnd called out weazily :
"Mr. Moderator, I'm his man!" The
vision of Dr. Breckinridgo's arms and
legs protruding from the baggy clothes
of the other upset the dignity of the
presbytery, and spoiled the eloquence
of the orator.
