Therreddent then introduced Trof. T. B. Noss, of the California State Normal, wbo made some fitting miscellaneous remarks relative to the work. It was thee agreed that the day sessions of the lustitute continue from S:43 till 11:45 for the morning, and from 1:30 to 4:30 for the afternoon.
