Sjcc 'J. The supreme executive Krer

The returns of every election for Governor

the otlice of Governor or Lieutenant Gov
ernor except a citiren of the United States,
who shall have attained the age of thirty
years, and have been seven Jeara next pre

State, unless he shall have been absent on
