If any person shall vota at more than one elec tion district, or otherwise fraudulently vote more than once on tho same day, or shall fraudulently fold and deliver to the Inspector two tickets to gether, with the intent illegally to vote, or shall procure another to do so, he or they olfendlng shall on conviction, be fined in any sum not less than fifty nor more than five buudrcd dollars, and be Imprisoned for a term not les than three nor more than twelve months.
