Grateful thonssnds proclaim Vimfoar Bit
ters the most wonderful Invigorant that ever sustained
the sinking system.
Pin, Tajie, anil other Worms, lurking in the)
system of so many thousands are effectually destroyed
and removed. Says a distinguished physiologist : There
is scarcely an individual upon the face of the earth whose
body is exempt from the presence of worms. It is not
upon the healthy elements of the body that worms exist,
but upon the diseased humors and slimy deposit! that
breed these living monsters cf disease. No system of
Medicine, no vi'imifnges, no anthelininitics, will free th
system from worms like these Bitters.
Mechanical IHacaace. Persons engaged In
Paints and Minerals, such as Plumbers, Type-setters,
Cold-beaters, and Miners, as they .icU-ar.ee in life, will b
subject to paralysis of the Bowels. To guard against
this take a dose of Walker's Vinigar Uittrrs one
or twice a week, as a Preventive.
Bllloua, Keniltteut, and Intermittent
Fevers, which are so prevalent in the valleys of our
great rivers throughout the United States, especially
those of the Mississippi, Ohio, Missouri, Illinois, Ten
nessee, Ciimhcrl.uKl, Aikans.i, Red, Colorado, lira roe,
Kio Grande, Pearl, Alabama, Mobile, Savannah, Roanoke,
James, and many others, with their vast tributaries,
throughout our entire country during the Summer and
Autumn, and remarkably s during seasons of unusual
heat and dryness, are invariably accooiiined by exten
sive derangements of the stomach and liver, and other
abdominal viscera. There are always more or leas ob
structions of the liver, a weakness and irritable state of
the stomach, and gieat torpor rf the bowels, being
clogged up wiili vuuiicj accumulations. In their treat
ment, a purgative, exerting a powerful influence upon
these various organs, is essentially necessary- There ia
no cathartic for lite purpose equal to Dk. J. Walkkk'
Vinkcak Hit run, as they will speedily remove the
dark-colored vised matter with wh.ch the bowels are
loaded, at the same time stimulating the secretions of the
liver, and generally restoring the healthy luitciioua of the
digestive organs.

Waikhr's Vinhgar Bittkrs have shown I heir great
curative poweis in the most obstinate aud iuliacuble
cases.
Dr. Walker's California Vinegar Bltfere
act on all these cases in a similar manner. By purifying
the Ulood they remove the cause, and by resolving away
the effects oi the intlaniuiaiioii (the tubercular deposits)
the affected parts receive health, and a pcirnaucul cure
is effected.
The properties of Dr. Wai.krr's Vinigar

Nuttitious, I.ixJiive, Diuretic, Sedative, Cuunter-Imtant,
Su lorilic. Alterative, and Anti-Bilious.
The Aperient and in. Id Laxative properties of
Dtt. Wai.kbk's Vimrgar Bitthrs are the tttst safe-
Euard in alt cases of eruptions and malignant fevers, their
alsamic, lieulinc, and soothing pio(erlies protect the
humors of the fauces. Their Sedative properties allay
paiit in the nervous svstem, stomach, and bowels, either
from intlainin.vion, wind, co.ic, cramps, etc. Their
Counter-lriiunt influence extendi thronhoiit the system.
Their Diuretic pi. tpeit.es act on the Kidneys, correcting
aud regulating t!i flow rf urine. Their Auii-Bilious
properties stimu1.it? the liver, in the secretion of bile,
and its discharges tlm.u-h the bniary ducts, and are
superior to all remedial agents, for the cure of Bilioua
Fever, Fevir and A-ue, etc.
Fortify the body against dlstsie by pari

SlNNTSIKB AT MaKTLUNO STATK FaIB, BaL-
timokf. Firiit premium for Fire-place Heaters
awarded the Sunnrsiile.
Advantages of the Snnnynlde :
1. It it so constructed that one-third more of
the radi.ttlut; surface extends into the room, giv
ing that much more additional heut without ex
tra fuel.
!l. It is the only IIot-Air Fire-place Heater In
the market. Like the regular built cellar beater,
it loses no hcul, but cuutlues it all to its legiti
purposes. 3. The fuel magazine is double the usual size,
extendint; from the fire box to the top of the
store, witli capacity for tweuty-four hours' sup
ply of coal.
4. The patent double cover for coal nmguzine
consumes the g.is, prcveuls escape of gas into
the room, and makes it impossible for any puf
fings or explosions to occur. This is an advant
age possessed by uo other lire-place stove iu the
market.
5. There are three air ccambers, wherein a
brisk circulation is kept up, drawing the cold air
in the room through heated flues into a large
hot-air reservoir, at the back of the store.
6 No side pipes nre used, as tho nir healed
In a rewrvoir having double radiating tlucs and
double back, supplying largo quautilics of hot
airwithotit waste of beat or fuel.
7. The Si'nnymdb utilizes the watte heat so
thoroughly that we frequently heat an adjoining
room on the first, bci-idcs healing tbe rooms iu
seooud and third stories.
8. A damper on top of tho stove, connected
with the hot air flues, controls thu qUHUtity of
hot air required for the use of either the uper
or lower rooms. All other fire-place stoves are
very inconvenient iu this respect.
V. The Grate Is self-scaling, and no dust cau
escape while shaking it.
