land is one and a quarter miles from Oil Creek, nnd
is about two huudred 'oils from tho Well on Cherry
Tree Run, that (lows from seventy-five to ono hun
dred barrels of Oil per day; and also, an interest in
two acres on the Sherman Property with lour wells
in vai ious stages of progress ou tbo property, onciif
which is now flowing thirty barrels per ds"v. Tbo
Company gets the one-sixteenth of all the Oil, clear
of all expense ; also, two acres a lj iiiiing. with four
wells now in a progressive condition iu which the
Company gett one-thirty-secondth of the Oil, and
