the hands of the same Win. A. Knabb, until the
8th day of April next, after which time they will
be placed in the hands of an officer for collection.

IN pursuance of an order of the Orphans Court
ol Northumberland enmity, Will be exposed to
public sale at the Court House in Sunbury, on
Ssturday, the 1st day of April 1854, the follow
ing described real estate, to wit I the undivided
fourth part of two contiguous Lots of Ground,
situate in the Borough of Sunbury, on the south
west corner of Blackberry and River streets, on
which is erected a Two Story Brick Dwelling
House and Kitchen, Sic, now occupied by ll. 11.
Masser, Esq., late the estato of Isaac, .eigler,
dee'd., and in which his widow Mary Zeigler
holds a life estate. To be sold as the property of
Emily J. Engle and Norman S. Eugle, miners,
each entitled to one eighth part.
