Old Grime deed, good olJ man, .
VVe ne'er ehall aee him more ;
But he haa left a ton, who bears
The name that old Crimea bore.
He weara a coal of lateat out,
Hit hat if new and gay;
He cannot bear to view distress,

Hia pant are gaiter, fitting inug
O'er patent-leather thoea;
Hi hair i by a barber curled :
He amoke cigaia, and chew.
A chain of maaive gold ia borne
Above hia flashy vea". ;
Hia clothe are belter every day,
Than were old Games' Deal.
Ia Fashion' court he constant walks,
Where he delight doth shed ;
Hi hand are white and very aoft,
But softer is his head.
He's six feet tall, no past more straight,
Hi teeth are pearly white;
In habits he is sometime loose,
And sometimes very tight.
His manners are of sweetest grace,
His voice of softest tone j
His diamond pin's the very one
That old Grimes used to own.
A dickey tail adorns hi face,
Hi neck a acarf of bine ;
He sometimes go 10 chinch, for change,
And sleeps in dimes' pew.
Ha sports the fastest "crab" in town,
Is always quirk to bet ;
He never knows who's President,
But thinks "Old Tip's" in yet.
He has dronk wines of every kind,
And liquors cold and hot ;
Young Giiirp. iit short, is just that soit
Of a man Old Giimes was not.
