We the undersigned, auditors of Xorllmmlier
laud county, duly elected and sworn to adjust the
accounts of the officers of said county, do certify
that we have carefully examined the vouchers, and j
find that there is due from the county to J. M. ,
Simpson, Esq., late treasurer, two hundred and
twenty dollars and sixty-lie cents ; also due the
Suite for balance of Slate lax, twelve hundred snd
twenty-seven dollars and sixty cents; also due to
the hank of Northumberland one thousand dol
lars ; alsi county orders yet outstanding, to the
amount of one thousand and forty three dollars
and thirty-nine crn's, making the lia! ilitirs of the
roi.ntv amount to three thousand four hundred and
ninety-one dollars, 74-100. While there is due the
county from collectors, three thousand six hundred

RESPECTFULLY informs the citizens of
Danville and the public at large, that he has
locatcrl in Danville, and is now prepared to prac
tice Medicine and Surgery in all its various bran
ches. He will operate on all the various forms
of blindness, cross eyes, club fret, harelip, cleft
palate, and attend to the extraction of tumors,
amputation of limbs, and all other surgical dis
eases. His collection of instruments comprises
sll instruments in nimlcrn Surgery, of the latest
improvement snd finest finish. He flatters him
self that many years' practice and exerienee will
be a sufficient guarantee to those who may feel
disposed to employ him.
His residence is nearly opposite the Moutfomt
ry Hiiiiliipn, and next door to Isaac Kosen
haimi's stove, in North Danville.
