w who went out to California in Col. Stevenson's
regiment, and after being honorably (lis-

. party of five others, fellow soldiers, for the
mines, well supplied with tools, provisions, a
' cart, three yoke of cattle, tie., &c, and who
' went to a dace called McCallamy's Dissinss.
